Our Training Programs

The training systems that are in place at Gametime Performance are specially designed for offensive linemen, blocking tight ends, and linebackers that want to discover what it truly takes to become a professional level athlete. We offer everything that you need through our position specific training, speed and agility training, film study, and strength and conditioning training programs. Are you looking for some personalized attention? GTP offers that and so much more with 1-on-1 training. If you like to compete against someone other than yourself, then our group sessions are just for you.  With each of these programs, the athlete will receive the attention they need to take their GAMETIME PERFORMANCE to the next level.

1 on 1 Training

This program is designed for the athlete that does not have a lot of experience or for the individual that needs more personalized attention.

Group Training

This program provides the athlete with the ability to compete and grind through challenging drills and exercises with other like-minded individuals.

Strength Training

There are so many strength training resources out there that athletes have access to, but not all are good. Let GTP help you take the guessing out of it by teaching you how to lift safely and effectively. Learn injury prevention techniques that will keep you healthy throughout your career and learn how to build funcitonal strength that will help you dominate on the field.

Film Session

GTP offers additional services to help you reach your goals as an athlete:

  • Online Training: 30-45 min virtual training session
  • Post Training Edit: Get a copy of all of your corrections from previous training
  • Film Study: Go over your film and other football video with Coach Grubbs in Person or via zoom
  • Workout Programing: Get a workout designed just for you
