MEET BEN

Raised in the small town of Eclectic, Alabama, Ben Grubbs played both football and basketball in high school. After having a successful high school career in football, he earned a scholarship to Auburn University where he eventually became a 3-year starter at Offensive Guard. During his stint at Guard, he played over 2,500 snaps while only allowing 3 sacks and 7 QB pressures. His performance earned him the #1 Offensive Guard rating his senior year, All-American Honors, and the chance to become a first-round draft pick for the Baltimore Ravens in 2007. Over the course of his 9-year career, he has started in 11 playoff games, 2 AFC Championships, and has been selected to 2 Pro-Bowls. After much success, Ben was forced to retire in 2015 due to a neck injury. Now he has devoted his time to passing along the blueprint of success to other athletes.

Bridging the Gap Between You
and Your Dreams

Playing football at the highest level has afforded me many opportunities to encounter obstacles; many of the same obstacles you may be facing now. I played several positions before I found my home at offensive line. With each position change, there was a learning curve that I encountered. My job is to lessen the learning curve for you and provide you with a training system that will get you to your desired goal quickly and safely.

Testimonials

Hey Coach! I just wanted to tell you that you might be the reason we won 7 to 6 in overtime. Not only have you coached our line tremendously but your tips enabled me to get a fumble recovery and multiple tackles. I think that I speak for my team when I say thank you.

Thanks Ben, we owe it to you…Mikey came home real excited as he’s been running the ball & playing a lot of corner. He tells me “Dad I got my first real tackle today” He had a smile on his face and said “Dad I blasted this kid so hard it took him quite a while to get up and coaches were yelling to me great hit” I got a kick out the whole thing and wanted to share with you as you’re a big reason for this! Thanks so much!

Like anything in life, football isn’t just one thing. It isn’t a test of strength, or speed, or mental fortitude alone—it’s all things at once. But too many players forget that, setting their sights on building muscle or developing speed without keeping their minds on...
