During your training session, you’ll get individual time with professional football trainer Ben Grubbs, who’ll personally pinpoint your areas for growth and hone in on your unique goals. He’ll show you how to improve, and how to perform.

1 ON 1 TRAINING FOR YOUR POSITION

Before he started Gametime Performance Training, Ben Grubbs played as an Offensive Guard for the Baltimore Ravens, New Orleans Saints, and the Kansas City Chiefs over the course of a long NFL career. During his time on the field, he’s learned the ins and outs of the whole offensive line, making him nothing short of an expert in those positions.

Where he really made his mark, though, was on the offensive line—anyone looking for training in those positions can find no better place. Ben has also played in other positions and learned their mechanics: linebackers and blocking tight ends will have plenty to learn during their one on one training session.
